Accessibility Statement

Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and improvement reference. Accessibility work is ongoing. This statement is not a certification or a claim that every WCAG requirement has been independently verified.

Reading and display controls

The Accessibility settings button offers text enlargement up to 150%, a readable font, extra text spacing, underlined links, highlighted headings, high contrast, and a light background. Quick adjustments combine related preferences for comfortable reading, clearer focus, or fewer distractions. Settings are saved locally in your browser.

Keyboard and navigation

A skip-to-content link is available at the beginning of the page. Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through links and controls. The audience and evidence-topic tabs support arrow keys, Home, and End. Press Alt+A to open the accessibility panel and Escape to close it. Focus stays inside the open panel and returns to its opening control when closed.

Motion and focus

You can pause decorative animation, strengthen the keyboard focus indicator, turn on a reading guide, or use a larger pointer. The site also respects the operating system’s reduced-motion preference. These controls support personal reading preferences; they do not replace assistive technology.

Review performed and known limits

The V1 website was checked in Chrome at desktop and mobile viewport sizes, in English and Spanish. Checks included keyboard panel navigation, Escape and focus return, saved preferences, and mobile layout with text enlarged to 150%. This is not a complete independent accessibility audit. Screen-reader combinations, other browsers, and every possible preference combination have not been comprehensively evaluated. Decorative maps are illustrative; their relevant explanations are also provided in text.

Report an accessibility barrier

If you encounter a barrier, contact the Thuellai representative who provided your access or your organization administrator and ask them to pass it to the Thuellai team. Include the page URL, the action you attempted, your browser or assistive technology, and a short description of the problem. Avoid including passwords, private claim files, or other sensitive information.

Website and app scope

This statement covers this Thuellai presentation website. The application, reports, external source websites, and hosting or sign-in services are separate interfaces. Accessibility settings on this site do not change those services.
